What is Artist Promo Package exactly?

How long am I required to be a part of the Artist Promo Package?
Our Artist Promotion Packages must be purchased for a minimum of three months. You can cancel any time, but you must do so four weeks before the term ends.
For example, if you purchase the Artist Promo Package in June, you will have until August 1 to cancel the promotional package. If this is not done, the promotion will be automatically extended for another three months.
Can I have multiple songs promoted or my entire Album?
No. The Artist Promo Package promotes one track and one music video of your choice. They do not have to be the same song, but when advertising your music, we recommend that you utilize the same song when promoting Audio and Visual. This will serve to increase awareness, which will aid in the promotion of your Brand. However, the decision is entirely yours.
You can modify your song selection four weeks before starting the following promotional month. However, we would appreciate it if you could email us all your social and music platform links at least 14 days before the start of the new month. This allows us to make the required preparations for a smooth transition in marketing your music and Brand.
Is my purchase refundable?
All Artist Promo Packages or Musician Bundles purchases are non-refundable after 24 hours or after the promotion begins.
Once you've decided on a package, our experienced team will work on establishing your niche and branding you, which will take time and effort to guarantee you receive the most outstanding results within your budget.
When I purchase one of WCG Label Services, when will I begin to see results?
This is determined by the bundle you select.
Our Musician Bundles Musician and Musician Plus delivery times range from 24 hours to 7 days.
The delivery period for the bigger Musician Bundles, known as Musician Premium and Musician Premium Plus, is 2 to 14 days.
Our monthly subscription packages, Musician Starter Plus+ and Musician Pro Plus+ take 10 to 14 days to deliver.

The client can cancel services at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

Clients are entitled to two revisions per content piece. Clients must provide all necessary information for content creation at least 3-4 weeks before scheduled posting. Clients are responsible for detailed content specifications, including branding and design elements.
5. Intellectual Property Rights:
Both [Your Company Name] and the client retain rights to the content created. This content can be utilized in the client's social media and email marketing efforts.
6. Liability and Disclaimer:

7-Day Trial Terms:
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a seven-day trial of our services. This trial includes creating one video with a voiceover, a blog post, and a social media post with a corresponding Story. The trial is designed to give you a glimpse of the quality and effectiveness of our services. Please note that the trial content is subject to the same terms and conditions as our regular services.
